The Reel Deal Privacy Policy

This policy explains how The Reel Deal ("we", "us") collects and uses information through The Reel Deal mobile app.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, business name, email address and phone number.
- Service locations: the names and addresses of the locations you add.
- Service requests: equipment type, problem descriptions, urgency, preferred visit times, and any photos or videos you attach.
- Feedback: ratings and comments you leave on completed jobs.
- Invoices: the totals and invoice links we add to your completed jobs.
- Notifications: if you allow notifications, a notification token for your phone so we can send you updates about your requests.
We do not collect your precise location, payment information, contacts, or browsing activity, and we do not use advertising or tracking.
How we use it
We use this information only to receive, schedule and complete your service requests, to contact you about them, and to improve our service.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that run the app for us: Supabase (secure data and photo storage), Resend (email notifications), Expo (push notifications) and Pushover (alerts to our staff). They may use it only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed for our business records. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account > Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, locations, requests, photos and feedback.
Security
Your data is sent over encrypted connections, and access is limited so customers see only their own requests.
Children
The app is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page.
